By completing this registration, the undersigned has read and will adhere to the HFCHE dress code and HFCHE Code of Conduct that has been set forth. The HFCHE dress code will be enforced. The undersigned will not hold HFCHE, any of its members, leaders, or chaperones, nor the facility and its staff responsible for any injuries prior to, during, or after this event.

Attendee Information
- The event is limited to homeschooled teens within Holy Family Catholic Home Educators, AMHEA, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Homeschool Group, and St. Edmund Campion.
- Attendees must be between 13-20 years old
- Once admitted to the dance, attendees will not be permitted to leave and re-enter the facility unless accompanied by chaperones.
- If leaving before the dance ends (10:00 pm), a parent or guardian will be notified.
- If arriving late to the dance (after 6:00pm), a parent or guardian will be notified.
- This is an alcohol, tobacco and drug-free event. Violators will be asked to leave and a parent/guardian will be notified.
- Dance styles must be modest and safe. Suggestive, acrobatic, or inappropriate dancing is not permitted.
- Refrain from foul or inappropriate language
- Any public display of affection should be modest and tasteful.
Gentlemen:
- Dress pants
- Tucked-in button down dress shirt
- Neck Tie or Bow Tie optional, but preferred
- Suit or sport coat optional, but preferred
- Clean shoes
- Hemlines of skirts or dresses may not go above the knee cap, which includes slits (longer length dresses are encouraged for dancing)
- No low cut necklines that show cleavage or torso in the front
- Back of the dress may not be lower than bottom of shoulder blades
- No revealing cut-outs or fabric
- Clean shoes
- In honor of Epiphany, we ask all participants to bring three canned goods that will be donated to the Schuh Center Food Pantry.

- $15 per HFCHE member, $20 non-HFCHE
- Every participant's name will be placed in a raffle for a winter themed gift basket!
